退款政策
EngraveVine has a strict no-refund and no-return policy. All sales are final. Should an exception be made, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be applied to your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the product was initially shipped free of charge due to promotions, a deduction of forty dollars ($40.00) for shipping and handling will be applied to the refund.
Failed Delivery Attempts. If you are unable to receive your order after the designated number of delivery attempts as per the shipping agency’s policies, and the product is returned to EngraveVine, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping and engraving costs will not be refunded. If the product was originally shipped free of charge due to promotions, a forty-dollar ($40.00) deduction for shipping and handling will be made from the refund. Should the package be returned to EngraveVine damaged due to failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you will be responsible for the full cost of the order.
Exchanges and Store Credit. Exchanges and store credit are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are limited to the following scenarios:

Damaged Product. If your product arrives significantly damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement with an identical item. If the product is out of stock, you may qualify for store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the damaged item, including shipping costs.

Incorrect Orders. If the product you receive does not match the item listed on your order receipt, we will ship the correct item upon receipt of the incorrect item returned via an EngraveVine-provided return label. If the item is no longer in stock, store credit will be issued for the purchase price of the incorrect item.
All sales are final. If you need to cancel an order that has not yet been packaged or shipped, a refund may be issued at our discretion, and a ten percent (10%) restocking fee may be applied.
